Prostate cancer is the most common malignant tumor in men. The vast majority of prostate tumors are represented by prostatic adenocarcinomas (up to 95%). Sarcoma a very rare adults with formidable prognosis. Early diagnosis and radical surgery offer patients best chance cure. We report case 44-year-old patient stage VI unresectable high-grade undifferentiated sarcoma, initially presenting urinary disorders large pelvic mass origin, normal Prostate-specific antigen (PSA) levels. was managed palliative chemotherapy.
